Whereas the wheel models intended for use with the Modular Superheavy Tank have uneven inward-facing surfaces (see images) that might make them difficult to use with other vehicles, the inward facing surfaces of the non-specific wheels are flat and relatively easy to kitbash with any type of vehicle.
